My representative quote:
"Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value."
About me
My journey into UX/UI design is rooted in a diverse professional background in system consulting, where I specialized in Oracle CRM implementations. This experience honed my ability to analyze complex systems, translate client requirements into functional solutions, and lead cross-functional teams through detailed design processes. Working closely with developers and stakeholders taught me the importance of clear communication, problem-solving, and creating user-focused designs that address real-world needs. Over the years, I’ve transitioned these skills into the UX/UI space, where my approach is grounded in empathy, strategic thinking, and a commitment to improving user experiences.
In my design work, I’m passionate about streamlining user interactions, crafting intuitive interfaces, and implementing research-driven solutions. I’ve had the opportunity to work on various projects— from enterprise software to consumer-facing applications—where I focus on balancing innovation with usability. Whether I’m leading the design process for a complex workflow or refining user journeys, my goal is to deliver products that not only meet business objectives but also resonate with users on a personal level.
When I am not designing
Beyond the professional realm, my passions enrich my approach to design.
Photography
has always been a profound source of inspiration for me. Through capturing moments and crafting narratives, I've learned the importance of storytelling, which directly influences my design philosophy. As I seek to evoke emotions and tell stories through my photos, I aim to create experiences that resonate deeply with users.
Weightlifting
has instilled resilience and discipline, pushing me to strive for excellence in everything I do. This mindset translates into my design work, where I continuously challenge myself to create intuitive and effective solutions.
Hiking
brings me joy and perspective. The unpredictability of each trail has taught me to embrace adaptability, a quality that helps me approach design challenges with an open mind and a willingness to explore innovative solutions.
Through a unique blend of professional expertise and personal passions, I strive to create designs that simplify complex interactions and bring value to people’s lives.

"I had the pleasure of working with Cesar on a full suite implementation of Oracle Cloud. Cesar dove into anything you would give him and would grasp it very quickly. He strived to understand the whole process from beginning to end. He was a great asset to our team, from putting together process flows, configuring, testing, scripting, to walking the customer through the system. He's an asset to any team!"

"I've had the pleasure of working with Cesar on my last project. Cesar exemplifies a few top qualities I look for in any team member. First, Cesar has an amazing work ethic.
He was the first to raise his hand to help fellow team members, willing to go the extra mile and work late to help the project. Second, Cesar is a self-starter. There were many situations where without direction, Cesar found helpful information for the project, and investigated solutions to enable the team to work more efficiently, and was first to volunteer to learn how to configure and work with software solutions for the project. I highly recommend Cesar in the role of a technical consultant. He has the inherent traits that make him a valuable resource and employee."
